Item description:

See scan - absolutely perfect MINT condition. This is a very scarce Bulgarian Communist Post WWII Marine / NAVY ship submarine captain badge. It resembles almost perfectly the Russian Soviet / USSR badge of that time, but this one has a slightly different enamel in the center piece Red Star. This badge / pin was obtained from a person who served in the Sub during the 70ies. Bulgaria had only 2 U-Boats during that time and there was a crew of about 40 soldiers and officer staff. Scarce military / militaria nautical and NAVY collector piece and one of the rarest Bulgarian badges.
