Item description:

See scan - very good condition. Minor tear, but expertly stuck with tape. This is a nice and rare personally written and signed letter from the Serbia and Montenegro Royalty Prince Mirko Petrovic Njegos to his wedding best man (I think Bulgarian King Ferdinand I). In the letter written in Serbian language, the King / Prince thanks his 'best man' for his greetings addressed after the birth of his baby son. The letter is written on original gold embossed crowned 'M' cypher letterhead. The autograph signature is a bold MIRKO / MIRCO and letter is dated May 27th 1912 in Cetinje. Scarce historical memorabilia collector piece and one of the rare Serbia and Montenegro Royal autographs.
